Overview

Inboto, operated by EnduraMatrix Private Limited, respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of all data we hold about you.

Option 1 — Delete From Within Inboto

Log in to your Inboto account at https://inboto.app.

Go to Settings → Account and click Delete My Account.

Confirm deletion in the dialog. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This includes your profile, automations, contacts, DM logs, and connected Instagram account tokens.

Option 2 — Email Request

If you cannot access your account, email us at support@inboto.app with subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Include your Inboto account email address, and your Instagram username if connected.

We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Your account and profile information.

All automation configurations.

All DM logs and metadata.

All contacts collected through your automations.

Your bio page and all links.

Your connected Instagram account tokens (immediately on disconnection).

Your billing history is anonymised rather than deleted, for legal and accounting compliance.
