Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Inboto, operated by EnduraMatrix Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Inboto is a SaaS platform that enables Instagram Business and Creator account holders to configure keyword-triggered automated private replies, manage a link-in-bio page, and view audience analytics.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Inboto.

You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account.

You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Meta's Platform Policies at all times.

You must be the authorised owner or administrator of any Instagram account you connect to Inboto.

You may not use Inboto for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment, fraud, or illegal content.

You may not impersonate any person or organisation.

You may not violate Meta's Platform Policies or Instagram's Terms of Use through your use of Inboto.

You may not send messages containing adult content or content that promotes violence.

You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or security controls.

You may not use the service to collect data beyond what is necessary for your stated automation purpose.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.

Indian users are billed in INR via Razorpay. International users are billed in USD via Stripe.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Monthly plans: no refunds for the current billing period.

Annual plans: refund of unused months if cancelled within 7 days of payment. No refund after 7 days.

Free trial cancellations: no charge.

Accounts suspended for policy violations: no refund.

Inboto operates using the Instagram Graph API under Meta's Platform Policies.

Meta may change or revoke API access at any time, which may affect Inboto's functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Inboto complies with Meta's policies.

Private replies sent through Inboto are subject to Instagram's messaging limits, including the requirement to reply within 7 days of a comment.

Inboto automations fire based on keyword matching. When a keyword condition is met, a DM is sent to the commenter regardless of whether they follow your account.

DM delivery is not guaranteed. Automations may silently not fire if your monthly DM limit has been reached, the recipient has previously opted out, Instagram platform restrictions apply, or the triggering event does not match any active automation.

Comment automations fire across all posts on your connected Instagram account unless post-specific targeting is configured.

Your DM logs dashboard is the source of truth for delivery status. We do not send notifications for individual automation failures.

Your use of Inboto is also governed by our Privacy Policy at /privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content, code, and assets of Inboto are owned by EnduraMatrix Private Limited.

You retain ownership of all content you create through Inboto, including automation messages and bio page content. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" without any uptime guarantee.

We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime, Meta API changes, or Instagram account restrictions outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EnduraMatrix Private Limited's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Inboto shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or if required by law.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

We will notify you of material changes by email before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
