Terms of Service

By using Inflow, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced by them.

Inflow provides Instagram DM automation, link in bio pages, and audience management tools.

The service requires an Instagram Business or Creator account to use core automation features.

Inflow automations fire based on keyword matching. When a keyword condition is met, a DM is sent to the commenter regardless of whether they follow your account.

DM delivery is not guaranteed. Automations may silently not fire in the following cases: your monthly DM limit has been reached, the recipient has previously opted out, Instagram's platform restrictions apply, or the triggering event does not match any active automation.

Comment automations fire across all posts on your connected Instagram account unless post-specific targeting is configured.

Automation features depend on your Instagram account type, Meta app permissions, and Instagram platform availability. Inflow is not liable for changes to Instagram's API or platform rules that affect automation behaviour.

Your DM logs dashboard is the source of truth for delivery status. We do not send notifications for individual automation failures.

You may not use Inflow for spam, harassment, fraud, or illegal content.

You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Service while using the platform.

You may not use Inflow for scraping or automated data collection beyond the features we explicitly provide.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose.

We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Plan changes take effect immediately.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

We are not liable for Instagram API changes, platform restrictions, or downtime outside our control.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
