Is the launch price permanent?
Yes. The price you subscribe at is yours for as long as you stay on that plan — a subscription is never repriced under you, even after launch pricing ends for everyone else. Switch plans and you pay that plan's price at the time.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, forever — 1,000 DMs a month and 1 Instagram account, with a link-in-bio storefront and 0% transaction fee.
What happens if I run out of DMs?
Nothing breaks and nothing is charged silently. We tell you at 80%. At 100% automations pause until the month resets — nothing already sent is affected — and upgrading lifts the cap immediately. On Pro there is no cap to run out of.
Is “unlimited DMs” really unlimited?
Yes — Pro has no monthly DM cap, and nothing is metered or charged for volume. Instagram's own per-account sending limits still apply, as they do with every tool, and Inboto paces sends to stay under them so your account is never the one that trips them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click from your billing settings, no contracts, no calls. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Never. 0% transaction fee on every plan, including Free. Buyers pay you directly by UPI or through your own checkout link — the money never passes through Inboto.
Can this get my Instagram account banned?
Inboto runs on the official Instagram API and is app-reviewed by Meta. You approve it on Instagram's own consent screen, we never see your password, and it can only reply to people who wrote to you first.
Do you support Indian payment methods?
Yes — UPI, including UPI Autopay for subscriptions, and Indian debit and credit cards, through Razorpay.
What happens to my products if I downgrade?
They stay live. Reaching a plan limit never unpublishes anything — if you drop to a smaller plan with more products than it includes, every one of them keeps working and we simply decline the next one you add. A link already in your Instagram bio should not break because of a billing change.
